By applying to or participating in CHRO Club, you agree to these terms.

Membership

CHRO Club membership is by application and approval only. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion. Membership may be revoked for violation of our Code of Conduct or these terms.

Eligibility

CHRO Club is designed for senior HR executives. Eligible roles include:

• Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
• Chief People Officer (CPO)
• VP of People / VP of HR
• Head of People / Head of HR
• Similar senior HR leadership roles

Member Conduct

Members agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of all community discussions
• Refrain from solicitation, selling, or recruiting within the community
• Participate in good faith and contribute value to peers
• Respect other members and their perspectives

Intellectual Property

Content shared within CHRO Club remains the property of its creator. By sharing content, you grant CHRO Club a non-exclusive license to use it for community purposes.

Limitation of Liability

CHRO Club is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the community or reliance on information shared within it.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
