Code of Conduct

The foundation of trust in our community.

CHRO Club exists because senior HR leaders need a safe space to think, share, and problem-solve with peers. This code protects that space.

Confidentiality First

  • Off-the-record by default. Everything shared in CHRO Club stays in CHRO Club.
  • No screenshots. Do not capture or share images of discussions, profiles, or content.
  • No quoting. Do not attribute statements to members outside the community, even anonymously.
  • Chatham House Rule. You may share insights learned, but never identify who said what.

No Solicitation

  • No selling. Do not promote products, services, or companies — including your own.
  • No recruiting. Do not use the community to source candidates or pitch opportunities.
  • No vendors. Vendors, recruiters, and service providers are not eligible for membership.
  • Strict enforcement. Violations result in immediate removal without refund.

Give to Get

  • Contribute. Share your experiences, answer questions, and help your peers.
  • Be present. Participate in your peer circle and engage with the community.
  • Be generous. The value you get reflects the value you give.

Respect

  • Assume good intent. Treat disagreements as opportunities to learn.
  • Be constructive. Offer thoughtful feedback, not criticism.
  • Listen first. Understand before responding.
  • No tolerance for harassment. Discrimination, personal attacks, or abusive behavior leads to immediate removal.

Enforcement

Violations of this code should be reported to [email protected]. Reports are handled confidentially. Consequences may include:

  • Private warning
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent removal from the community
